After getting addicted to House of Cards, I was flipping around the channels last night, and was surprised to see Robin Wright in a movie I had seen previously.  She was in ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’.  So then I wiki’d her, and was even more surprised to see that she was Jenny in Forrest Gump, a movie I’ve seen about a zillion times.

Even though she seems to make good movie choices, I was again surprised to see that she was married to Sean Penn for a while before she came to her senses.  No accounting for taste I guess.

There is nothing wrong with this picture.  This picture has nothing to do with what a deranged killer does.  Taking it down will not stop a deranged killer from being deranged or from killing.

To see a bunch of yahoo politicians making rules and fluttering around preening their own feathers is what is wrong.  What a stupid thing to be concentrating on.

I won’t be a slave to idiotic political correctness.  Can’t people see that this is the real danger?

Whew – it was quite the night.  Thanks to everyone who went out and voted.  It’s the beginning of a new day in America.

Full of optimism, hope they can make it happen.  One obstacle left to overcome.  Let’s hope there is enough power to straighten that out.

Too bad about Brown though.
